Project Management

Having completed thousands of successful projects over more than five decades, Rudolph Libbe Inc.’s project management team has the experience and proven ability to supervise and manage every aspect of the construction process, from concept to completion. We relentlessly pursue the highest level of performance, and expect no less from our colleagues, partners and sub-contractors.

RLI on-site project superintendents put a special focus on keeping you well informed of project status through regular reporting and open communications. Project superintendents maintain the highest level of skill and performance through extensive experience, training, personal development and an unwavering commitment to safety.

Our self-perform capabilities are managed by an integrated team

As one of the few large, self-performing contractors in the country, we employ more than 300 skilled tradespeople from almost every major trade, and have an unrivaled ability to provide the skilled manpower necessary to complete your project on-time, on-budget, and with outstanding quality.

Self-performance is an important attribute for a few reasons. It means flexibility: we have a core group of readily available superintendents, foremen and skilled trade workers to staff our projects. It means quality experience from top to bottom: many of these men and women have been with our company for over 30 years and understand our commitment to safety, corporate work ethic, expectations, and the pride we have in serving our clients. Self-perform capabilities include:

  • Field engineering and surveying
  • Demolition
  • Site work â€“ excavation, backfill, underground utilities
  • Foundations and floor slabs
  • Structural and architectural concrete â€“ site cast tilt-up concrete wall panels
  • Masonry
  • Pre-engineered building systems
  • Carpentry â€“ rough and finish

We believe that project closeout starts well before the project is completed. Your project manager works closely with you and the architectural/engineering (A/E) team to develop a final punch list, which is rigorously refined and completed until acceptance. Once those items are completed, your project manager initiates the remainder of the project closeout process:

  • Site cleanup/demobilization
  • Owner training
  • Final regulatory inspections
  • Distribution of as-built drawings
  • Compilation of warranties/O&M manuals/contact list
  • Owner acceptance
  • Final customer satisfaction survey

Our goal is to exceed your expectations. Our project management team adheres to a strict process during project closeout to ensure this.
