Each year, Rudolph Libbe Inc. devotes a Saturday morning to safety. At our 2017 safety meeting in late January associates learned the latest information on subjects like equipment and tool inspections, shoring, respirators and scaffolding safety.
Congratulations to our associates Bryan Risner, Steve Masserant and Brad Wilson, who reported the 鈥淏est Finds of 2016鈥� in RLI鈥檚 Find It-Fix It program. Find It-Fix It rewards associates for identifying and eliminating hazards on our jobsites. Bryan, Steve and Brad each received additional vacation days for making our jobsites safer.
Our associates work hard at safety. RLI recently celebrated a safety milestone 鈥� three million hours worked free of lost-time incidents. That means none of our associates has needed to miss a day of work as a result of a safety incident in nearly four years.
