to learn how the Guided Process Solutions (GPS) system made these major expansions successful.
Driven by consumer demand, Clarios (the former battery division of Johnson Controls Inc.) needed to significantly increase production capacity at four plants in four states, all with minimal impact to existing production lines.
Having worked with the 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ (91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ) on numerous successful projects over many years, Clarios contracted with 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ again for these critical expansions.
As is the case with all new process-driven projects, 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ focused on both new and existing processes at the plant. Based on the complexity and speed-to-market needs, traditional construction methods for this project would not work. By using the GPS system, it was determined that the projects were not only feasible, but could be accomplished affordably with minimal downtime and within critical time constraints.

The 91ÌÒÉ«ÊÓƵ team of multi-disciplined experts brought this unique and collaborative approach, driven by the owner’s individual process requirements. By meeting established deadlines, projecting accurate budgets, and working safely, Clarios met its business goals for all four plant expansions.
